En realidad nuestro cuerpo necesita actividad<\/strong>, para descansar de una actividad lo mejor es hacer otra totalmente distinta. No hacer nada, conlleva deterioro. La actividad hace que el metabolismo funcione<\/strong>, que los m\u00fasculos tengan elasticidad, que los pulmones no se olviden de como bombear el aire, que la sangre circule por el cuerpo nutriendo cada una de sus partes. La pereza y la apat\u00eda conlleva la disminuci\u00f3n de las funciones, y la disminuci\u00f3n de las funciones nos lleva a la pasividad.<\/p>\n
